  • Processing Time: Orders are processed typically within 1–3 business days.
  • Shipping Cost:
    1. Orders above PKR 3,500: Free shipping
    2. All other orders: Free worldwide shipping offered anyway. MossFeel Decore+1
  • Delivery Estimates: Estimated delivery depends on destination; details provided in the shipping confirmation email.
  • Tracking: Tracking details sent via email once your order ships.
  • International Duties: Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

MossFeel Decore – Returns Policy

We’re confident you’ll love our décor—but if not:

  • Return Window: Replacements (or by extension returns) accepted within 7 days of delivery. MossFeel Decore+1
  • Condition: Items must be unused, with all tags and original packaging.
  • Exclusions: Customized or fragile items may be non-returnable—clarify according to your product range.
  • Return Shipping: Paid by the customer unless the item is defective or sent in error.

MossFeel Decore – Refund Policy

  • When Refunds Are Issued: After inspection and approval of the returned item.
  • Refund Method: Processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Defective/Incorrect Items: Eligible for full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except for store error cases.
